Alinso Group, developer of the largest industrial park in South-Eastern Europe, PWP, which covers an area of 300 hectares, has completed a new warehouse with industrial function for companies engaged in light manufacturing, processing, storage and logistics.

Timken Romania opened a new design and production facility in PWP.

On the 16^th of May PWP welcomed the  Ambassador of Belgium, his Excellency Thomas Baekelandt. He visited, among others, the textile plant Tessutica s.r.l., a textile plant belonging to the Belgian Beaulieu International Group, and the intermodal railway terminal of Alinso Group .

Different public and private partners are working together on the development of the Ghent business park '”Tech Lane Ghent”, formerly Eiland Zwijnaarde. The 35 hectare park will be the home basis for companies that are specialized in knowledge economy, transport, waterfront logistics and distribution. ALINSO GROUP has expanded its property portfolio with the acquisition of a logistic property in Wommelgem.  The total surface of the property is 10.895 m², of which 6000 m² storage space and 990 m² office space. The property is currently leased to Lyfra nv.
