YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You resolve technical issues, offering swift user support and maintaining accurate documentation for follow-up and reporting.
- You will be based in Bucharest, primarily serving as the first line of support for all Belgium employees, while also assisting local staff in Romania as needed.
- You develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, ensuring staff are fully equipped to utilize ICT systems and applications.
- You manage Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth operation of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other office applications. • You maintain ICT hardware, perform repairs and updates to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- You oversee network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and secure connectivity.
- You automate processes and improve collaboration tools, increasing overall productivity and team efficiency

YOUR DNA:
- You have a bachelor's degree in ICT with hands-on experience in ICT support;
- You are fluent in English to communicate effectively;
- You excel at delivering user training, both 1-1 and in group settings;
- You have demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform is considered a strong +;
- You have knowledge of common office ICT hardware, networking, security, and VOIP;
- You are flexible and willing to provide permanency;
- You are empathetic, patient, and polite;
- You work independently and priority oriented;
- You have a problem-solving approach;
- You hold a valid driving license.
